€198,000 in Prisma Konto bonuses still waiting to be used
Today, 24 August, the final Prisma Konto Customer Days in history began, giving customers the opportunity to purchase a wide range of non-food products at a 15% discount and use their remaining Konto bonuses. As of 21 August, customers still had approximately €198,000 worth of unused bonuses in their accounts.
“This is, in a way, a historic moment, as the final Konto Customer Days mark the end of one of the most rewarding loyalty programmes in Estonian retail. We are grateful to all of our more than 338,000 Konto customers!” says Liina Karron, Development Manager for Prisma Konto.
Prisma Konto has been available to customers in Estonia since 2012, and today the programme has a total of 338,448 registered customers. As of 21 August, Prisma Konto customers still had €198,000 worth of unused bonuses in their accounts.
“Customers were able to earn Konto bonuses until the end of July, and throughout August they can still use them to pay for their purchases. Due to the sale of Prisma Peremarket to Coop Eesti Keskühistu, Prisma Konto bonuses will remain valid until 31 August 2026. We therefore encourage our customers to check their Konto balance and use any remaining bonuses by the end of the month,” Karron explains.

15% off non-food products during Konto Customer Days
The final Prisma Konto Customer Days will take place from 24 to 30 August. During this period, Prisma Konto customers can purchase a wide range of non-food products at a 15% discount. The offer applies, among other things, to clothing and footwear, toys, school and sports supplies, tableware and home textiles.
“The final Konto Customer Days are a great opportunity to benefit from the discount while also using the bonuses accumulated in your Konto account to reduce the total cost of your purchase,” Liina Karron adds.
Prisma also reminds customers that Prisma gift cards are valid until 31 August 2026.
