
The new Konto loyal customer portal is now open!
You’ve probably already noticed that along with the new ePrisma, the Konto loyal customer portal has also been updated. Like any new thing, the updated portal may raise all sorts of questions at first. We will attempt to anticipate these questions and will answer some of the most frequent ones here. What is different in the new Konto portal?
- Until now, you could log in to the Konto portal with your personal ID code and password. To log in to the new portal, you can now use modern authentication tools – Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, or ID-card.
- The new Konto portal also shows the amount of the bonus that is about to expire.
- The privacy settings have also been updated, and you can separately choose whether you want to receive the Konto newsletter and whether you want to participate in consumer surveys.
Can I still use the old portal?
- You cannot use the old Konto portal anymore.
Where can I find the Konto login on the Prisma website?
- If you want to go directly to your Konto, find the big green icon "My Konto / Log in" on the Prisma website.
- If you are already logged in to ePrisma, you can navigate to your Konto account by selecting "My Konto" from the drop-down menu on the right.
I logged in to ePrisma and went to the Konto portal. Why did I have to re-authenticate myself when entering the Konto portal?
- This is a temporary solution. We will soon link ePrisma and the Konto portal so that only a single authentication is required to enter both.
On the previous Konto platform, I saw my purchases with product groups in my purchase history. Now, I can only see the purchase amount. Why is that?
- We are working towards adding the option to view and download your purchase receipts in the new Konto portal. We hope to add this feature in a few months, but for now, the new Konto purchase history will indeed only show the date, amount, and the store of your purchases.
I noticed that I can no longer add new additional users. Why is that?
- The function to add a new additional user is already being developed and will be added to the Konto portal in the coming weeks. If you want to add an additional user before the option is available in the new Konto portal, kindly write to konto@prismamarket.ee.
