Prisma Konto bonus can be used until 31 August

“Due to the change in the ownership of Prisma Peremarket, Prisma customers will face several changes concerning the Konto loyalty programme, Konto bonuses, PrismaEkspress self-scanning devices and Prisma gift cards,” said Liina Karron, Prisma Konto Development Manager. “The most direct impact for customers is that Prisma Konto bonuses can be earned until 31 July 2026 and must be used before 1 September,” she added.

The Prisma Konto self-service environment, where customers can manage their personal data and marketing consents, will remain open until the Konto loyalty programme is fully closed. The Konto self-service environment will remain valid until all Prisma stores have been converted into Coop stores, which is expected to take place step by step by the end of November. Until then, Prisma Konto customers can also continue to use PrismaEkspress self-scanning devices in existing Prisma stores.

“It is important to remember that Prisma gift cards are also valid until 31 August 2026. Customers who have a Prisma gift card are kindly asked to use it by the end of August at the latest,” Liina Karron emphasised.

Reminder for Prisma customers

• Konto bonuses are valid until 31 August 2026.

• Konto bonuses can be earned on purchases made until 31 July.

• The bonus earned on purchases made in July will be paid out on 3 August.

• Purchases made from 1 August onwards will no longer earn bonuses.

• Accumulated Konto bonuses can be used until 31 August 2026.

• Unused bonuses will expire on 1 September 2026.

• The Konto bonus balance can be checked in the Konto self-service environment at konto.prismamarket.ee, on the screen of Prisma self-service checkouts and at the bottom of the receipt.

• Prisma gift cards are valid until 31 August 2026.
