Important information about changes to the Konto service

Following the sale of Prisma Peremarket to Coop Estonian Central Association, Konto bonuses remain valid until 31 August 2026. The bonuses accumulated until then must be used before August 31. Konto bonuses can be accumulated on purchases made until 31 July. They will be credited to Konto on 3 August and can be used until 31 August. As of 1 September, Konto bonuses can no longer be used.

Konto bonuses remain valid until 31 August 2026

• Konto bonus can be accumulated on purchases made until 31 July.
• The bonuses accumulated on purchases made in July will be paid out on 3 August.
• No bonuses will be accumulated on purchases made from 1 August onwards.
• The accumulated Konto bonus can be used until 31 August 2026.
• Unused bonuses will expire on 1 September 2026.
• You can see your Konto bonus balance on the Konto self-service platform, on the Prisma self-service checkout screen and at the bottom of the purchase receipt.

The Konto self-service platform will remain open until further notice

The Konto self-service platform will remain open until the Konto loyalty programme is closed. On the self-service platform, you can manage your personal data and marketing consents. Please note that although on the self-service portal, you will see the balance of your accumulated bonuses and their usual expiry date, but all accumulated bonuses will expire on 31 August 2026
